DEAR COLLEAGUES!

 The Department of national economy and public administration of Belarus State Economic University with support of Simon Kuznets Research Center organizes the scientific and practical conference on the matters related to slowdown of economic growth in Belarus, Russia and other European countries. One of the goals of this conference is to provide an opportunity of expressing experts’ personal opinion in regard to research of new factors and financial sources of balanced economic growth. Among other goals of the conference is the discussion of the wide spectrum of diverse problems of national and regional economy development, public and local administration.

SCIENTIFIC DIRECTIONS OF THE CONFERENCE

1. Macroeconomics and Monetary Economics. Macroeconomic Analyses of Economic Development.

2. Public administration in the postindustrial society.
3. Cities, Regions and Competitiveness. Elaboration strategies of development of regions. 

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

 For participation in the conference macroeconomists, economists-regional specialists, state managers, as well as business entities representatives are invited.

The conference languages: Belarusian, Russian, Polish, Ukrainian, English.

The conference materials will be placed at web-site http://ekonomika.by. A sourcebook can be downloaded in open access in PDF format. Upon conference results a sourcebook in printing will be published and coded ISBN, UDK and BBK.

APPLICATION DEADLINES

For participation in the conference it is necessary to send an electronic version of an article to e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. till November 10, 2013.

PARTICIPATION PAYMENT

For participation in the conference the organization fee is provided in amount:

1. 80 thsnd.  belarusian rubles for the citizens of the Republic of Belarus;
2. 15 US dollars for foreign citizens;
3. Additionally 20 thsnd. belarusian rubles (for the citizens of Belarus) and 5 US dollars (for foreign citizens) are paid for each page exceeding allowed publication volume.

The payment of the organizational fee by a conference participant will be carried out from 25 till 30 November 2013 to the account of conference organizers.

The electronic variant of the receipt for payment will be sent to the personal e-mail of the conference participant who has passed the preliminary reviewing.

The payment of the organizational fee means article reviewing and receiving of an electronic version of the collection of conference materials in pdf-format.

        REQUIREMENTS FOR DRAWING UP AN ARTICLE

An article must be presented in electronic version in .doc or .docx format (MS Word).

An article volume is up to 6 pages of A4 format.

Margins – 2 cm.

Text should be typed in the Microsoft Word editor. Times New Roman font, 14 point, interline spacing is one-and-a-half (standart). Indent paragraph is 1,25 cm.

Figures are performed in the *.bmp, *.tif, *.jpg formats. Figure legend is typed with 12 point font, italic, at the bottom in the centre.

Tables are performed in the built-in table editing program Microsoft Word. The table legend is performed by the 12^th type, in italic, from the top in the center.

Album format of pages and tables is not allowed.

Formulas are typed in MS Word Equation formula editor.

References to literature sources are indicated in square brackets in the text.
